Shipping Policy

National Crematory and Incinerator Supply (NCIS) ships products within the United States and supports international and island customers through U.S. port and freight-forwarder delivery.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Island & International Orders

Customers located outside the continental United States may ship orders to a U.S. port or freight forwarder of their choice.

NCIS prepares export-ready documentation where required.

Responsibility for the order transfers at the port or freight forwarder.

Customers are responsible for onward shipping, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and local delivery arrangements.

In some locations, carriers such as FedEx may offer direct delivery at checkout. Availability, customs handling, and associated fees are determined solely by the carrier and destination.

NCIS is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss occurring after the shipment has been transferred to the carrier or freight forwarder.
