How Shipping Works
Carrier-Calculated Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected carrier. No surprises — you see the exact cost before completing your order.
Ship to U.S. Ports or Freight Forwarders
For international and island destinations, you can ship to any U.S. port or your preferred freight forwarder. This gives you control over the final leg of shipping and often provides more cost-effective options for remote locations.
Export Documentation
We prepare all necessary export documentation after your order is placed. Commercial invoices, packing lists, and any required certificates are included with your shipment.
Responsibility Transfer
Ownership and responsibility for goods transfers at the U.S. port of export. From that point, your freight forwarder or carrier handles customs clearance and final delivery.
Island & Caribbean Operations
We Serve Underserved Markets
Many crematory supply companies don't prioritize island and remote operations. We do. Whether you're operating in the Caribbean, Pacific islands, or other remote locations, we're committed to providing the same reliable service and fair pricing.
Recommended Approach for Island Destinations
- Identify a reliable freight forwarder — Many island operations work with established freight forwarders in Miami, Houston, or other major ports.
- Place your order — Ship to your freight forwarder's U.S. address.
- Coordinate with your forwarder — They'll handle ocean freight, customs clearance, and final delivery to your location.
- Receive your goods — Your forwarder delivers to your crematory.
Direct Carrier Delivery
In some locations, carriers such as FedEx may offer direct delivery at checkout. Availability and customs handling are determined by the carrier and destination. If direct delivery is available to your address, it will appear as an option during checkout.
Domestic U.S. Shipping
For addresses within the continental United States, shipping is straightforward:
- Multiple carrier options available at checkout
- Ground, express, and freight options based on order size
- Real-time tracking provided for all shipments
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days
