Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

NCIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of use, or business interruption.

NCIS's total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Products are sold for professional use and are intended to be installed and operated by qualified personnel.
