Refund policy

We want you to get the right part. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

 

Return window: Request a return within 30 days of delivery.

 

Authorization required: Contact us first for a Return Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused.

 

Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

 

Our error / defective or wrong item: We cover it — replacement or full refund including return shipping. Report within 7 days of delivery.

 

Change of mind / ordering error: Customer pays return shipping; a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply on non-defective returns.

 

Non-returnable: Custom or engraved items (ID discs, engraved urns), special-order items, and electrical/combustion components once installed or energized.

 

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item, typically within 5–7 business days.
