Photos help us identify what to research; we may ask for measurements before confirming a match.


What to include

  • The manufacturer and exact part number printed on the part or label
  • The machine manufacturer and model, when known
  • What the part does or what failed
  • The quantity you need
  • Clear photos of the whole part, label or number, mounting thread or connector, and a ruler or other size reference

Please avoid including people or private documents in your photos. A photo helps us research the part, but it does not by itself confirm compatibility.
