Shipping & Island Orders

Shipping & Island Orders

We support crematories in the continental United States, island locations, and other international destinations. The ordering path depends on where NCIS is asked to deliver the shipment.

Choose the Correct Shipping Route

United States

Use online checkout for delivery to a U.S. address. Available rates and services are shown during checkout.

U.S. Freight Forwarder

International customers may place an online order using a freight forwarder’s U.S. delivery address. Include the forwarder company, account or suite number, ultimate destination country, final consignee, and commercial-invoice contact with the order. Your forwarder coordinates export, customs clearance, and final delivery.

Direct International Delivery

Direct delivery outside the United States is available only after NCIS completes a shipping and customs review. It is not currently an automatic checkout option. Contact NCIS before ordering so we can confirm product eligibility, destination requirements, shipping cost, and the importer information required for customs.

International Order Information

International shipments require complete and accurate information before release. Depending on the route, NCIS may request:

  • Ultimate destination country and complete delivery address
  • Legal importer or consignee name and contact details
  • Importer tax or customs identification number when required by the destination
  • Freight forwarder account, mailbox, or suite number
  • Customs broker contact information when applicable
  • An email address for the commercial invoice and clearance documents

Documentation and Import Charges

When applicable, NCIS prepares a commercial invoice and packing information using the verified order and product data. Destination-specific permits, certificates, or other documents must be confirmed before ordering and are not guaranteed unless NCIS agrees to provide them in writing.

The customer or designated importer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage, and other destination charges unless a written NCIS quote states otherwise. Terms for direct international delivery are confirmed in the quote. For orders delivered to a U.S. freight forwarder, the customer and forwarder are responsible for the export and final-delivery arrangements after the U.S. handoff.

Before NCIS Releases an International Shipment

  1. NCIS confirms the shipping route and ultimate destination.
  2. The importer, consignee, forwarder, and broker information is reviewed for completeness.
  3. Country of origin, HS code, product description, quantity, and value are verified for every item.
  4. The commercial invoice and applicable shipping documents are reviewed against the order.

Need Direct International Shipping?

Send NCIS the destination country, product list, delivery address, importer details, and broker information if available. We will review the request before confirming shipment.
