Shipping policy

Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Items may ship directly from our fulfillment partners, so a single order can arrive in multiple packages.

 

Rates: Shipping is carrier-calculated at checkout (UPS and freight/LTL for large orders). No inflated flat fees.

 

Domestic: Ground and freight throughout the U.S.

 

Island and export orders: We ship to U.S. ports or your designated freight forwarder and prepare the required export documentation. International duties, taxes, and forwarding fees are the customer's responsibility.

 

Visible damage at delivery: Inspect every shipment before signing. If the box or freight shows obvious damage, either refuse the shipment or note the damage on the delivery receipt / bill of lading before signing and ask the driver to start a carrier damage claim. Signing clean for a visibly damaged package can void the claim.

 

Concealed damage: If damage isn't visible until you open it, report it to us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can file the claim.

 

Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier. Delivery times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.
