Returns Policy

NCIS serves professional operators and businesses. Returns are therefore limited and subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical components that have been installed or energized
• Consumables once opened
• Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items
• International and island orders (including port-shipped orders)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an NCIS fulfillment error.

Returned items are subject to inspection before any refund or credit is issued.

NCIS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
