How do I know which size to choose?

Look at the capacity of the selected urn, not just its outside dimensions. Start with our size guide, then check the product’s listed capacity. If you are unsure, ask NCIS before ordering.

What does a “From” price mean?

It is a starting price. Open the product and select a size or other option to see the applicable price and availability. Personalization choices may add to the cost; review the options and cart before checking out.

Can I personalize an urn or include a photo?

Available choices depend on the product. Check its description and options, and read the proof guide or photo and print guidance where relevant.

What should I check about delivery and returns?
